Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, this full-time remote position based in North Carolina involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
  • Document issues and provide updates by collaborating with other teams and visiting court dockets as needed
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Document manipulation experience is preferred
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain a high level of work product under stress
