Job Summary
Customer Service Representative, this full-time remote position based in North Carolina involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
- Document issues and provide updates by collaborating with other teams and visiting court dockets as needed
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Document manipulation experience is preferred
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain a high level of work product under stress
