Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage vendor appraiser inquiries and appraisal order issues, ensuring timely completion of client reports and resolving potential delays in the appraisal process.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all outstanding orders are completed and submitted by vendor due dates
- Collaborate with vendors to facilitate on-time delivery of reports to clients
- Proactively resolve issues that may cause delays and maintain communication with clients and vendors
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- 1 - 3 years of soft collection experience
- Prior knowledge of customer service principles and the real estate industry
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
