Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Service Representative will process customer orders, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in the company's ERP software, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
  • Respond to customer inquiries and monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process, proactively communicating updates
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure product availability and meet customer expectations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of professional customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
  • Experience with order processing and ERP systems is desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Windows environment, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
