Job Summary
Providing support to Veterans through an inbound call center, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and ensure excellent service while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Document call details in the system and provide solutions to customer problems
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure end-of-day call coverage
Required qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a VA government background check
- Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
- Reliable flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
