Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide remote assistance by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, providing empathetic resolutions
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and participate in ongoing training
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in retail, call center, or hospitality preferred
