Job Summary

Providing 24/7 support, the remote Customer Service Representative will triage urgent clinical calls from patients and caregivers, manage new patient referrals, and ensure high-quality service outcomes while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Triages urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources to appropriate on-call clinicians
  • Supports local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
  • Maintains organized documentation and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED required
  • At least one year of previous call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems
