Job Summary
Providing 24/7 support, the remote Customer Service Representative will triage urgent clinical calls from patients and caregivers, manage new patient referrals, and ensure high-quality service outcomes while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Triages urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources to appropriate on-call clinicians
- Supports local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
- Maintains organized documentation and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
- Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure
- Knowledge of computerized information systems
