Job Summary
Providing effective and efficient handling of phone inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage calls from Sanford Health members and providers, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the complexity of inquiries and provide resolutions or escalate as necessary
- Document interactions accurately for tracking and analysis while promoting self-service options
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries requiring in-depth research
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change and follow standard operating procedures
