Job Summary

Providing effective and efficient handling of phone inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage calls from Sanford Health members and providers, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess the complexity of inquiries and provide resolutions or escalate as necessary
  • Document interactions accurately for tracking and analysis while promoting self-service options
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries requiring in-depth research
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and follow standard operating procedures
