Job Summary
Serving as a key customer advocate, the remote contract Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, support service initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while working Sunday through Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm (ET or CT).
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications
- Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively in accordance with consumer laws
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers based on feedback and surveys
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours aligned with EST and CST time zones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
