Job Summary
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, the remote Customer Service Representative I will manage phone inquiries, schedule deliveries, and serve as a liaison for product-related issues in a part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner to assist internal and external customers
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for various providers
- Address customer service-related issues, including product availability and equipment troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Empathy and enthusiasm for helping those in need
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across web-based platforms
- Access to a home office setup
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
