Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer communications across various platforms, including social media, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
- Document customer interactions in the tracking system and escalate serious issues to appropriate personnel
- Promote a positive company image while managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer content
Required qualifications
- Customer service experience with a retail company
