Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service in a temporary full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will assist with high client contact projects, maintain accurate customer information, and respond to inquiries while working remotely during the company's busiest season.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems
- Contact customers via phone or email to address inquiries and resolve concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work on assigned projects
Required qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience with outstanding retention skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills
- Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
