Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in a remote location in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service by following company and customer-specific policies and procedures
  • Assist callers with medical billing questions, financial assistance programs, payment plans, and processing payments

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more of customer service support over the phone in a remote setting preferred
