Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to respond to consumer contacts regarding identity theft and consumer fraud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Document consumer data into a web application
  • Provide education on identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and federal laws

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent computer/typing skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Prior call center or customer service experience
