Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via their call center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist applicants with the certification process and technical assistance services
  • Provide detailed information about certification requirements and processes, handle and resolve issues, and collect feedback to improve the certification process and customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to Behavioral/Mental Health desirable
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, high skill level at managing tasks and details, and excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills
