Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Health Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle receipt of new cases, intake information, and draft cases into the system
  • Oversee and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assign/schedule cases to physicians, communicate with clients, and provide proper documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including Apple Operating System and Gmail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred
