Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Part Time) for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service & retention experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and email systems
  • Minimum 1 year of Homeschool experience a plus
  • Required internet speed of at least 7Mbps
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays
