Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure one-touch resolutions for all customer interactions
  • Answer customer calls, emails, and web chats promptly and effectively
  • Handle warranty orders, return merchandise authorizations, and capture inbound sales

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of meaningful work experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
  • Solid understanding or ability to learn Cisco Unified Intelligence Center program
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a multitasking role
