Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and assisting with scenarios presented
- Responding to customer emails within 24 hours and assisting with scenarios presented
- Ordering and shipping parts and products to customers, applying Own Brand Warranty policy
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
- Display high integrity and professionalism
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
