Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer calls and assisting with scenarios presented
  • Responding to customer emails within 24 hours and assisting with scenarios presented
  • Ordering and shipping parts and products to customers, applying Own Brand Warranty policy

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
  • Display high integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
