Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Answering Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and inputting information into the computer system simultaneously
  • Maintaining web camera visibility

Required Qualifications:
  • Call center experience, with health insurance experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 30-35 wpm preferred
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers required
