  • Resolve and document issues promptly, routing inquiries as needed
  • Work with sensitive information while maintaining privacy requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms
  • Two years of college level courses or work experience in phone-related customer service
  • Healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets experience is a plus
