Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer First Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide assistance
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
  • Communicate with members and providers to resolve issues and ensure understanding

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent working experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple programs
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Experience working with GEHA members preferred
