Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative I, Customer Service for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding new vendors onto the company's site network and performing site network analysis
- Managing site network compliance for audits and collector errors following regulations
- Database maintenance, updating clinic services, fees, and demographic changes
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma and two years of customer service experience
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong general typing skills
- Clinic customer service experience
- Work schedule from 10:30 am to 7 pm CST
