Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative I, Customer Service for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-boarding new vendors onto the company's site network and performing site network analysis
  • Managing site network compliance for audits and collector errors following regulations
  • Database maintenance, updating clinic services, fees, and demographic changes

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and two years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong general typing skills
  • Clinic customer service experience
  • Work schedule from 10:30 am to 7 pm CST
