Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and document call dispositions accurately
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in PC skills and electronic systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
