Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and meet end-users' needs through live chat and email support
- Maintain end-to-end problem ownership and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to type 45 WPM and accurately document ticketing information
- Proficiency in using Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office
