Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues and meet end-users' needs through live chat and email support
  • Maintain end-to-end problem ownership and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to type 45 WPM and accurately document ticketing information
  • Proficiency in using Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office
