Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Provider to support clients and patients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated patient calls and de-escalate situations effectively
  • Work proficiently in multiple client systems and various communication channels, including Web Chat
  • Mentor new employees and develop proficiency in AR Management procedures as directed by management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting preferred
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
