Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated patient calls and de-escalate situations effectively
- Work proficiently in multiple client systems and various communication channels, including Web Chat
- Mentor new employees and develop proficiency in AR Management procedures as directed by management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting preferred
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
