Key Responsibilities
- Meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
- Assist clients with medical billing questions and payment processing while maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in training and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
