Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist clients with medical billing questions and payment processing while maintaining confidentiality
  • Participate in training and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
