Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from patients regarding their medical bills
  • Assist patients in interpreting their bills and payment options
  • Help patients make payments and establish payment plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an inbound call setting, preferably in healthcare
  • Computer skills with the ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
