Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in financial hardship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide helpful and caring customer service through high volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing client requests and educating them on programs
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues while maintaining positive client relations and collaborating with other departments
  • Continuously learn and utilize company knowledge to deliver accurate solutions and meet performance expectations focused on service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience required (high volume preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection is required
  • Strong computer technical skills with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
