Job Summary

  • Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, documenting requests and status changes
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
  • Background and drug screening required
