Job Summary

- Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, documenting requests and status changes
- Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Background and drug screening required
