Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service & Support Representative (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders and inquiries
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to Enterprise Agreement provisioning and pricing
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and tools
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent account management and follow-through skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
