Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Support Representative (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders and inquiries
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to Enterprise Agreement provisioning and pricing
• Build and maintain business relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and tools
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent account management and follow-through skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
