Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Support Representative (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders and inquiries
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to Enterprise Agreement provisioning and pricing
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty
