Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates
  • Document all issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, including six months in a lower-level customer care representative role
  • Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing preferred
  • Technical expertise with specialized applications and knowledge of hardware and software
  • Knowledge of claim formats and HIPAA transaction sets preferred
