Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Documents customer inquiries and related data electronically
  • Assists service teams with back office support functions and maintains confidentiality of plan participants
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills
