Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and call center or phone support positions
  • Experience in HelpDesk or CRM databases
  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting and knowledge of digital streaming services and devices
  • Ability to work from home with access to a high-speed internet router
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
