Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and call center or phone support positions
- Experience in HelpDesk or CRM databases
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting and knowledge of digital streaming services and devices
- Ability to work from home with access to a high-speed internet router
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
