Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with outbound calls and customer communication regarding mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via email and outbound calls to gather information about their financial situation and goals
- Educate customers and loan officers about the mortgage loan process and set realistic expectations
- Input data into the computer system and appropriately manage customer files based on their interest in proceeding with a loan
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
