Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with outbound calls and customer communication regarding mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via email and outbound calls to gather information about their financial situation and goals
  • Educate customers and loan officers about the mortgage loan process and set realistic expectations
  • Input data into the computer system and appropriately manage customer files based on their interest in proceeding with a loan
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
