Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to individuals, following provided scripts
• Assist individuals in understanding their eligibility for specific programs and schedule appointments
• Accurately document call outcomes and maintain detailed records in the system

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and remote desktop tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
• Comfortable working with scripts and adhering to provided guidelines
