Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and meet end-users' needs through live chat and email
- Maintain end-to-end problem ownership and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team and escalate issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with at least one year of customer service experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Ability to document ticketing information accurately with minimal errors
- Experience with Windows-based applications and willingness to work on weekends or rotating schedules
