Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and document incoming contacts to determine their nature
- Initiate contact with relevant health plan personnel to obtain necessary information
- Evaluate data to resolve complaints and assist in achieving call handling and resolution goals
Required Qualifications
- Call center experience is required
- Health insurance experience is highly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
