Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate data to resolve complaints and assist in achieving call handling and resolution goals
Required Qualifications
  • Call center experience is required
  • Health insurance experience is highly preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
