Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing concerns with empathy
- Provide support regarding products, promotions, and order processing, including customization assistance
- Document customer interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
- Comfortable using technology; experience with eCommerce is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
