Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing concerns with empathy
• Provide support regarding products, promotions, and order processing, including customization assistance
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
• Comfortable using technology; experience with eCommerce is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
