Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and assistance to members regarding their benefits and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Educate members and follow up on issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience required
  • 1-2 years of prior experience with Medicare benefits preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
  • Data entry and general computer skills are required
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations is essential
