Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Cardmember Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with credit card account inquiries
- Educate customers on U.S. Bank products and services while resolving their concerns
- De-escalate customer issues and guide them through troubleshooting using digital tools
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in a customer service position
- Thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls and resolve issues effectively
