Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Cardmember Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with credit card account inquiries
  • Educate customers on U.S. Bank products and services while resolving their concerns
  • De-escalate customer issues and guide them through troubleshooting using digital tools
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in a customer service position
  • Thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle difficult customer calls and resolve issues effectively
