Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Carrier Focused (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Create and manage customer loads, pickups, and delivery schedules while coordinating with internal teams
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the scrap or recycling industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry-specific software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with materials commonly handled in scrap operations is an asset
