Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep (Property & Casualty).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service by answering inbound calls or chats regarding personal lines insurance policies
  • Manage call metrics and prioritize workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions
  • Develop customer relationships and take ownership of calls until resolution is achieved
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience in Personal Lines insurance
  • Thorough knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements
  • Two to four years of agency experience in Personal Lines is preferred
  • Active 4-40 licenses are preferred but not required
