Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to clients and participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding various inquiries
- Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
- Provide high-level customer service and maintain quality work that aligns with company values
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
- Availability for 3-4 weeks of training and subsequent regular work hours
- Experience using the Alegeus system is highly preferred
