Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Experience in a technical troubleshooting helpdesk role
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and FDA regulations is preferred
