Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field customer service inquiries and transactions of varying complexity from different customer sectors
  • Establish and maintain customer accounts, process service changes, and handle billing requests
  • Support other service lines and serve as a training resource for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
  • Two years of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking and manage difficult customer situations
  • Must reside in Kirkland, WA
