Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
  • Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests and maintain accurate customer account information
  • Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and the cancellation process
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to perform accurate data input into various software
  • PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
