Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues and providing support through calls and chats
- Triage and address inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding benefits, billing, and authorizations
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Experience with computer systems and the ability to navigate complex software
- Availability to work full-time, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays
