Job Summary

A company is looking for an e-Service Chat Representative, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels while adhering to policies and procedures
• Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
• Follow up with customers and partners to ensure resolution of service issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Completion of required continuing education courses
