  • Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts
  • Receive, document, coordinate, and complete business transactions and requests accurately and timely
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Basic understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas
