Job Summary

A company is looking for an e-Service Chat Representative, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels while adhering to policies and procedures
• Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
• Follow up to ensure resolution of customer service issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Computer literacy is essential
• Customer service experience and/or training is preferred
